USCIS Offices to remain closed until June 4, 2020

The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) continues to suspend in-person services at its field offices, asylum offices, and application support centers (ASCs) to help slow the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19). It aims to reopen offices on or after June 4, 2020. Employees whose face-to-face contact with the public is not required, continue to perform their services. Also, limited emergency in-person services are provided by the USCIS. Applicants should call the USCIS Contact Center for assistance with emergency services.

Applicants and petitioners with scheduled appointments and naturalization ceremonies who are impacted by the extended temporary closure will receive cancellation notices from the USCIS field offices. The USCIS will reschedule the Application Support Center (ASC) appointments and applicants will receive a new appointment letter in the mail. notice with the new time, date and location of the interview. Applicants having InfoPass or other appointments must reschedule through the USCIS Contact Center once field offices are open to the public again.
